This project involves the construction of a new single-family development to replace
a pre-existing mixed use site that contains three residential dwellings, a
commercial office, several large barns and various other accessory structures and
previous farming improvements such as horse paddocks, trails, gravel roads and
meadows. Hanover Estates is consistent with the Town of Cortlandt
Comprehensive Master Plan which envisioned single family residential, large lot
construction for this location. All lots are consistent with and meet the Town of
Cortlandt Zoning Ordinance requirements.
